Creates a Gadget addon window that displays the currently equipped sigil.
Border color changes to match the major resist supplied by the Sigil. This currently sets the color based upon the first resist it finds that is greater than 60. If no resist is higher than 60 the border stays dark grey.
Red Border = Fire Sigil Purple Border = Death Sigil Orangish/Brown Border = Earth Sigil Dark Blue Border = Water Sigil Bright Blue Border = Air Sigil Green Border = Life Sigil
